Ingredients for Vegetable and masala rice Recipe

  • 1 Pieces peices onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces Potato
  • 1 Pieces reen chilly
  • 1/4 Pieces pecies of capsicum
  • As Required Coriander leaves
  • 1.25 teaspoon 2 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste

Directions: Vegetable And Masala Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the cooker then add cooking oil then add cumin seeds and then add chopped onion , potato, tometo, capsicum,green chillies and then add pulav masala and chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt as per taste
  • STEP 2.Then add some water and then add rice and close the lid of the cooker and make 3 wishtles and when it is ready sprinkle coriander powder on it
