  • 1/20 cup Pumpkin puree chilled i used canned. chill at least for an hour
  • 1/5 tablespoon Safflower or coconut oil or softened vegan butter i used safflower
  • 0.03 teaspoon Salt
  • pinch A pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1/10 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1/10 cup Unbleached white flour
  • 1/20 cup Spelt or whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.03 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/10 tablespoon Chopped fresh sage or 2 tsp dried
  • 1/20-1/10 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • As required Add roasted garlic add other herbs
  • 1/10-1/5 tablespoon Use more vegan butter for flakier biscuits
