Ingredients for Vegan Chickpea and spinach curry Recipe

  • 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 Pieces onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Garlic Cloves: Roughly Chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp grated ginger
  • 0.13 Cup tomato puree
  • 1/4 Tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 Tsp ground cumin
  • 0.13 Tsp ground ginger
  • 0.06 Tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.13 Tsp salt
  • 1/4 Cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 Cups Boiled chickpeas
  • 25 g Spinach

Directions: Vegan Chickpea And Spinach Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add the oil to a large frying pan add finely chopped onion, add chopped garlic and grated ginger. Saute for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • STEP 2.add the chickpeas and salt and stir well for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder
  • STEP 4.Add in the coconut milk, tomato puree and water and simmer for 10 minutes. Add in the spinach and stir until it wilts.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with green coriander and onion slices.
