Ingredients for Vegan Carrot-Beetroot Soup Recipe

  • 0.38 cups Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Beetroot
  • 1/4 g Ginger chopped
  • 3/4 g 3-4 g
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required Pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3/4 cups Vegetable stock
  • 1/4 As Required Bay leaf

Directions: Vegan Carrot-beetroot Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pressure cooker heat oil, add bay leaf, stir for 1 second
  • STEP 2.Add chopped ginger and garlic and stir for 2 mins
  • STEP 3.Add carrot and beetroots and stir for 2 mins.
  • STEP 4.Add vegetable stock, add salt and put for preasure for 4 whistles
  • STEP 5.Add pepper powder
  • STEP 6.Blend smooth
  • STEP 7.Plate with Coconut cream and enjoy
