Veg. Thukpa Soup is a popular spicy noodles soup across India. This is easy to make and is one pot meal. It is a great weekend lunch or dinner option in winter or monsoon. Its a famous street food on hill stations where people feel hungry and exhausted, this soup gives enery and warm in cold weather.

Ingredients for Veg. Thukpa Soup Recipe

  • 1 packet Noodles
  • 1 g lass vegetable stock
  • 1 Pieces Onion
  • 1 Pieces Carrot
  • 1 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Peas
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Black paper powder
  • 1 tsp Dark soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Green chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp sring onion
  • 1 tsp Fresh coriander leaves

Directions: Veg. Thukpa Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat a sauce pan adding water, salt and oil in it. Let it boil. Now add noodles and boil for 5 minutes. Then strain it and let it cool down.
  • STEP 2.Till then chop the veggies.Make ginger garlic paste. Take a wok and put oil in it. When its hot add and saute all the veggies.
  • STEP 3.Now its time to add all the sauces and mix well. Now add vegetable stock and boil for 5 minutes. Finally add the noodles and check the consistency.
