Here i use healthy virson of soup consistency mean use bottle guard nd khirakakdi mixture than boil it with ginger nd green chilly. Grinding nd filtering. Than add chopped veg little fry in Deshi ghee .healthy options with breakfast nd light dinner with sandwich, brusheta, rice , pulav.

  • 50 Pieces Bottle guard
  • 1/2 Pieces khira cucumber
  • 1/2 A Few corn pearl
  • 1/4 Inches inger piece
  • 1 Pieces reen chilly
  • 1 Tbsp tebspn ghee
  • 1/2 Tbsp tab spoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp tab spoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp tab spoon carrot cut
  • 1 Tbsp tab spoon spring onions
  • 1 Tbsp tab spoon corn pearl
  • 1/2 Tbsp tab spoon capsicum cut
  • 1 Sprig clove garlic cut
  • As Required Salt as par test

  • STEP 2.First bottle guard nd cucumber cut into pieces add 2glass of water , ginger nd greenchilly pour in to cooker nd cook for 3whistle than after cool down Grinding in mixi jar nd filtering. Now take a pan pour into ghee add all cut veggies nd corn pearl stir fry 1minute.than after add soup into and cook 5min now of the gas nd served it hot garnish with coriander nd add lemon juice, blackpaper powder. My own style recipe heathy version for diet.no corn flour no maida.100% natural
