Ingredients for Veg seek kabab Recipe

  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1.50 tbsp 1 1/2 tbsp g
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 g Large carrots
  • 1 cup Beans
  • 1/2 cup Potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Khoya
  • handful Of cheese
  • 2 g Figs
  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • as required Salt

Directions: Veg Seek Kabab Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.
  • STEP 2.Put desi ghee in the cooking pan.
  • STEP 3.2.
  • STEP 4.Add cumin seeds, garlic, ginger and saute till golden brown.
  • STEP 5.3.
  • STEP 6.Add carrots, beans, potatoes, black pepper and salt.
  • STEP 7.4.
  • STEP 8.Let it cook for about a couple of minutes. Then add almonds, khoya, grated cheese and figs.
  • STEP 9.5.
  • STEP 10.Now add roasted gram flour to make the mixture into a dough.
  • STEP 11.6.
  • STEP 12.Settle the dough on the tandoor rod for roasting and put it inside the tandoor.
  • STEP 13.7.
  • STEP 14.Once roasted, serve with tomato ketchup or mint and chilli chutney
