Ingredients for Veg Schezwan Fried Rice Recipe

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 g 2 sliced clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • 2.50 Pieces French Beans (Finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Pieces ½ green capsicum chopped
  • 1 tbsp 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 1/4 tsp ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1.50 cup 3 cup boiled rice
  • 1/4 tsp ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp 2 tbsp spring onion

Directions: Veg Schezwan Fried Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Rinse and soak 1½ cups basmati rice for 20 to 30 minutes. Bring about 10 cups water to a rolling boil in a large pot. When the water begins to boil, drain the water from the rice and add it to the water. Also add 1 teaspoon oil to the water. Cook rice on a medium high flame till al dente. It must be grainy, almost cooked and not mushy.
  • STEP 2.Drain the rice immediately to a colander. To avoid drying, cover and keep the rice.
  • STEP 3.firstly, in large wok heat 2 tbsp oil. saute 2 clove garlic on high flame. add 2 tbsp spring onion, ½ onion and stir fry until the onions shrink slightly. further add ½ carrot, ½ yellow capsicum, 5 beans, ½ green capsicum, 2 tbsp sweet corn and ¼ tsp salt. stir fry without overcooking the vegetables.
  • STEP 4.Make some space in the centre, add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp schezwan sauce.
  • STEP 5.stir fry until the sauces are well combined. add 3 cup rice and ½ tsp salt. mix gently and stir fry without breaking the rice.
  • STEP 6.Now finally our veg Schezwan Fried Rice is read for serving. finally, add 2 tbsp spring onion and served schezwan fried rice.
