Ingredients for Veg Punjabi Cutlets Recipe

  • As required FOR COOKING
  • 2 No.s Potato
  • 1/4 cup Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Beans
  • 1/4 cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 1/2 cup beetroot
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • As required FOR CUTLET
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon aamchur powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • As required FOR CORN FLOUR BATTER
  • 3 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 tablespoon maida
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cup Water

Directions: Veg Punjabi Cutlets Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 firstly mash all the potatoes and cool them down.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Then add breadcrumbs, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, mango powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander and salt in the above mentioned quantities .

  • STEP 3.Form a dough.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Now prepare a corn flour batter by mixing cornflour, maida and pepper with salt.

  • STEP 5.Add water and form a lump free batter.

step 6

  • STEP 6.1 now take a ball sized vegetable mixture and roll to cylindrical shape greasing hands with oil.

  • STEP 7.Dip in corn flour batter.

step 8

  • STEP 8.Now coat with crushed corn flakes/breadcrumbs.

step 9

  • STEP 9.Deep fry in hot oil/bake in pre-heated oven at 180-degree celcius for 15-20 minutes.

step 10

  • STEP 10.Stir occasionally, and fry to golden and crisp on medium flame.

step 11

  • STEP 11.Serve hot and with some chutney.
