Ingredients for Veg pulav Recipe

  • 1/2 g bowl big rice
  • 1 Pieces peice onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Tometo
  • 75 gram Peas
  • 1/2 Pieces Potato
  • 1.25 teaspoon 2 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pulav masala
  • As Required salt as per taste
  • As Required coriander leaves for sprinkling

Directions: Veg Pulav Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly boil the rice and remove the water and make it cool for sometime .
  • STEP 2.Then put oil in a pan and put onion firstly and cook it properly then add boil potatoes and tomato and peas inside it then put salt and mix it properly then cook for sometime until all vegetables are cooked properly
  • STEP 3.Then add all spices chilly powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, pulav masala inside it and mix and then put a lid and cook it for 2 3 mins then add lit water and then add boiled rice inside it and mix and our pulav is ready then sprinkle coriander leaves on it .
