Ingredients for Veg Oats Idli Recipe

  • 0.17 cup Rawa
  • 0.17 cup Rosted oats powder
  • 0.17 cup Curd
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 0.33 tsp Urad Dal
  • 0.33 tsp Chana dal
  • 0.67 g reen Chilli
  • 0.33 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 3.33 As Required Curry leaves
  • 0.33 g Carrot grated
  • 0.33 cup boil peas

Directions: Veg Oats Idli Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Mix oil, mustard seeds, cumin, green chillies, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, carrot, beans, peas in a vessel and after 2 minutes fry the semolina dal for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 2.2.After that add roasted oats powder and fry for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 3.3.let it cool
  • STEP 4.4.Mix curd and water in it and keep it for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 5.5.Soda 1 pinch dal.. mix it.. if the khata is curd then don't add soda
  • STEP 6.6.Boil water... and make idlis
  • STEP 7.7.eat idli with tomato chutney and any chutney
