Ingredients for Veg noodles/chowmien Recipe

  • 1/2 packet Chow/Noodles
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage
  • 0.13 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic
  • 0.13 cup Capsicum
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required White vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Green chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Spring onion

Directions: Veg Noodles/chowmien Recipe

  • STEP 1.First rinse and shred or chop all the veggies, then set aside.Increase the quantity of veggies according to your preference
  • STEP 2.. Next heat 5 to 6 cups of water in a pan.Then when the water comes to a boil, add 2 pinch of salt.
  • STEP 3.Next add a spoon of oil and mix well
  • STEP 4.. Then add the noodles boil until the noodles are cooked
  • STEP 5.Be sure to check the throughout the noodles recipe by pressing a few noodles or tasting them
  • STEP 6.They should be softened, but still have a slight bite to themThen drain the cooked noodles in a sieve.Next rinse the noodles with fresh cool water.After that, set aside. You can even toss the noodles recipe with 2 to 3 teaspoons oil if desired so tht they domt stuck to wach other
  • STEP 7.Now heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Keep the heat to low or medium-low. Add 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic Then increase the flame to high and add chopped onions
  • STEP 8.After that, keep on stirring continuously and stir fry the onions until they become translucent.Then add the veggies .Now continue to toss and stir fry on a medium to high heat until the veggies are almost cooked some crunch should be there in the vegetables, so don’t cook the vegetables until they become completely soft.
  • STEP 9.Next add 1 to 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix well then add salt and crushed pepper as required.Stir and mix very well Now add the cooked noodles.
  • STEP 10.Keep on tossing and stirring till the veggies are mixed well for minute or two. Switch off the heat. Check the taste and add more salt, black pepper or soy sauce if required to the veggie noodlesThen add 1 tbsp vinegar
  • STEP 11.Lastly add spring onions for garnishing
  • STEP 12.Finally, serve this veg noodles
