Ingredients for Veg. Lollipop Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Carrot finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum Finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup corn flour slury
  • 1 Cup Oil to deep fry
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • as required water
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Finely chopped ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp arlic and chilli
  • 1/2 tbsp corn flour slury
  • 1/2 tsp Dark soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions: Veg. Lollipop Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all grate the boiled potatoes. Now add all grated or finely chopped veggies. Add chat masala, chilli flakes, salt, bread crumbs, corn flour and make a dough.
  • STEP 2.Now take lemon size ball and make oval shape and put ice cream stick in it and make it tight lollipop. Dip in corn flour slurry and roll bread crumbs to coat it properly. Make such lollipops and put aside to set.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in kadai and deep fry these lollipops on medium flame. Transfer in a plate and let the excess oil remove using kitchen napkins.
  • STEP 4.Now remove extra oil and keep 1 tbsp oil and saute ginger, garlic and chilli. Now all all sauces, ketchup, chilli flakes, sugar, salt and mix very well. Finally add corn flour slurry gradually and let it thiken and cook.
  • STEP 5.Finally add veg lollipops and coat in the thick slurry. Our veg lollipops are ready to serve which is hot favorite of children.. Enjoy.!!!
