  • 1/2 g Cauliflower
  • 21.50 g caroot
  • As Required Paneer
  • A Handful Peas
  • As Required Capsicums
  • As Required Potatoes
  • A Handful Cardamom
  • A Few Cinamon
  • A Few Clove
  • 1 Tbsp inger
  • 1.50 Tbsp arlic
  • A Few Bayleaf
  • As Required For Ganishing Coariander leaves
  • 1 Pieces Bay leaf
  • A Few Tomatoes

Directions: Veg Kolhapuri #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly boil vegetables along with little salt for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a large kadai dry roast, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds.
  • STEP 3.also take cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, pepper, red chili and coconut.
  • STEP 4.Dry roast and blend to smooth powder without adding any water. keep aside.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil and saute onions add ginger-garlic paste.
  • STEP 6.then add tomato and saute well.
  • STEP 7.furthermore, add capsicum and saute slightly.
  • STEP 8.also add prepared masala and salt to taste.
  • STEP 9.saute well till the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 10.further add boiled vegetables, paneer,water add coriander leaves.
  • STEP 11.cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
