Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and Kolhapuri masala. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add boiled mixed vegetables and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add coconut milk and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis or rice.
