Veg Kofta Curry Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Veg Kofta Curry is a delicious Indian curry made with mixed vegetable balls cooked in a rich and flavorful tomato-based gravy. The koftas are made by combining grated vegetables, gram flour, and spices, which are then deep-fried until golden brown. The curry is prepared by cooking onions, tomatoes, and spices together to create a thick and aromatic gravy. The koftas are added to the gravy and simmered until they absorb the flavors. It is best served with rice or roti.
