  • 35.40 gms rava
  • 1/10 cup Water
  • 1/10 cup Yogurt
  • 1/10 cup Salt
  • 1/5 nos tbs oil butter or ghee
  • 1/5 nos vegetables tps of ur choice

Directions: Veg Grilled Uttapam Recipe

  • STEP 1.add rava water n yogurt to a mixing bowl
  • STEP 2.meanwhile when d bater is resting chop d veggies till u chop d bater gets sufficient rest approximate rest for 20 mints season d pan
  • STEP 3.if u want u can add eno or baking soda add warer to thexbatter if consistency is thick once the pan is hot pour the batter top with vegetables n grill it on grill tava n flip the sides till cooked served with ketchup or chutneys of ur choice
