The origin of calzones is from naples-italy. It is basically a bread dough shaped like half moon and filled with any stuffing. Here i have stuffed with vegetables and cheese. Healthy snack for kids as covering is made with wheat flour and is full of vitamins from the vegetables and protein from the cheese.
