Ingredients for Veg burger Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces Cheese slices
  • 1 tbsp Powdered red chilli
  • 1/2 g powdered garam masala powder
  • 1 inch Salt
  • 1 tsp Refined oil
  • 1.50 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 g halved burger buns
  • 1.50 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/4 Pieces Peeled,sliced cucumber
  • 1 Pieces Mashed, boiled, peeled potato
  • 1 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 1 Pieces Chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cup Shelled peas
  • 1/4 cup Corn

Directions: Veg Burger Recipe

  • STEP 1.To make the burger patty, pressure cook the carrot, peas and sweet corn for 1 whistle or until soft.
  • STEP 2.vegetables, chopped onions, red chilli powder, lemon juice, garam masala powder, salt and ginger-garlic paste to a large bowl.
  • STEP 3.Add Mashed Potatoes
  • STEP 4.Add lemon juice and mashed potatoes in the bowl, mix well until evenly combined. Shape the mixture into small/medium patties.
  • STEP 5.Shallow Fry The Patties
  • STEP 6.Now heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Roll the prepared patties in the breadcrumbs and shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 7.Keep Aside
  • STEP 8.Remove and keep aside.
  • STEP 9.Prepare The Burger
  • STEP 10.Take one half of the burger bun. Spread some butter and place the lettuce on top.
  • STEP 11.Add Slices Onions, Cucumber And Tomatoes
  • STEP 12.Place the prepared vegetable patty on top. Top up with slices of onion, tomato, cucumber and cheese. If you want to make it even more delicious and healthy replace cheese with eggless mayonnaise.
  • STEP 13.Burger Is Ready
  • STEP 14.Cover it with the other half of the burger bun. If desired, add some ketchup on top. Secure it with a toothpick if desired.
  • STEP 15.Serve at once with french fried.
