Ingredients for Veg Buger (In Indian Style) Recipe

  • 1/2 tbsp peas (steam)
  • 0.13 cup carrot (chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp sweet corn (steam)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Pieces Potatoe ( boiled and mashed)
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch
  • 0.13 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/4 tbsp Coriander
  • 0.13 cup Bread crumbs
  • As Required For Slurry
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 0.13 cup water
  • 1/4 g cup Breadcrumbs for coatin
  • 1/4 As Required Oil for frying
  • 1/2 g Burger bun
  • 1/2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 Pieces Slice of onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Slice of tomato
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Veg Buger (in Indian Style) Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Peas, corn and carrot steam or boiled
  • STEP 2.10 minutes on medium flame.
  • STEP 3.2. After steam vegetables take a big bowl
  • STEP 4.add potato and steam veggies.
  • STEP 5.3. Add all dry ingredients, coriander and mix well.
  • STEP 6.4. In mixture add bread crumb.
  • STEP 7.5 Make slurry
  • STEP 8.add corn flour and water in a bowl.
  • STEP 9.6. Make a tikki in round in shape and dip in slurry and coat breadcrumbs and shallow fry in oil in medium flame.
  • STEP 10.7. Fry tikki both side turn golden brown.
  • STEP 11.Assemble burger
  • STEP 12.Take bun cut and spread mayonnaise tomato sauce.
  • STEP 13.Add slices of tomato, onion.
  • STEP 14.Sprinkle some salt and chat masala and add tikki and cover bun.
  • STEP 15.Finally veg burger is ready to serve.
