  • STEP 1.Method-
  • STEP 2.Soaked basmati rice ko ek pan mein ubalte huye garam pani mein thoda jeera , namak, laung, kali mirch, dalchini , choti or badi ilaychi or 5-6 drops ghee daalkar thodi si kasar rahne tak ubale .
  • STEP 3.Ubalne k baad chawal ko chalni mein daalkar thanda hone k liye rakh de .
  • STEP 4.Ab ek pan mein thoda ghee dalkar usmein jeera or kata pyaz daalkar bhoone .
  • STEP 5.Pyaz bhoon ne k baad sari Kati hui vegetables Dale or pakne k liye sim gas par dhak kar rakh de .
  • STEP 6.Vegetables pakne h baad namak , lal mirch powder and biryani masala daalkar bheegi hui soyabeen ki badiya or dahi daalkar acche se mix kare or sara pani sukha le .
  • STEP 7.Ab ek bhari bottom wala bartan lekar usmein sari sides mein thoda sa ghee lagaye .
  • STEP 8.Sabse pahli layer boiled rice ki lagaye usme thode thode sare good colour sprinkle kare .
  • STEP 9.2nd layer vegetables ka jo mixture banaya tha uski lagaye
  • STEP 10.3rd layer fir rice ki lagaye and food colour wala same process repeat kare.

  • STEP 12.Last layer fir se rice ki lagaye or good colour wala same process repeat kare then rose water sprinkle kare or upar se fried onion dalkar 3-4 tissue paper upar se cover kar de .
  • STEP 13.Last mein thoda sa Pani ka cheeta lagakar foil paper se pure pan ko cover kare or pan ki lid lagakar 10 min k liye sim flame par dum k liye rakh de .
