  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, and peas. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
