How to Make Vazhuthananga Mezhukupuratti Recipe

STEP 01

heat oil in a pan. Add 2 chopped brinjal, 1 chopped onion, 2 green chilies split in half, ½ tsp turmeric powder, a few curry leaves and a pinch of salt.

saute the ingredients for 3-4 minutes.

pour in ¼ cup of water and steam covered for 5 minutes on medium flame.

stir-cook until the ingredients become soft, tender and dry.
