- As required Few curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 4 Nos Shallots
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 2 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- pinch A garam masala
- pinch A turmeric powder
- As required Fresh coriander leaves

How to Make Vazhakkai Varuval Recipe
STEP 01
Peel the raw banana
STEP 02
Cut banana into long pieces
STEP 03
Grind garlic,curry leaves,cumin seeds,fennel seeds & shallots coarsely.

1.add oil in a pot & heat it.
STEP 05
2..add the grinded paste and saute for 2 mins.
STEP 06
3.now add the masala-coriander powder,red chilli powder,garam masala & turmeric powder.

4.add 50 ml water and saute for 2 mins.

6.turn off the flame and sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves.
