  • 2 Nos Raw banana
  • 5 Nos garlic cloves
  • As required Few curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 4 Nos Shallots
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • pinch A garam masala
  • pinch A turmeric powder
  • As required Fresh coriander leaves

step 1

  • STEP 1.Peel the raw banana

  • STEP 2.Cut banana into long pieces

step 3

  • STEP 3.Grind garlic,curry leaves,cumin seeds,fennel seeds & shallots coarsely.

  • STEP 4.1.add oil in a pot & heat it.

step 5

  • STEP 5.2..add the grinded paste and saute for 2 mins.

step 6

  • STEP 6.3.now add the masala-coriander powder,red chilli powder,garam masala & turmeric powder.

step 7

  • STEP 7.4.add 50 ml water and saute for 2 mins.

step 8

  • STEP 1.now add banana and saute for two mins.

step 9

  • STEP 8.6.turn off the flame and sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves.
