  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, semolina, salt, and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a smooth dough.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add green peas, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the peas are soft and the spices are well combined.
  • STEP 4.Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle. Place a spoonful of the green pea filling in the center and fold the circle into a half-moon shape. Seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the karanjis until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
