Today I am making Vanilla Ice Cream recipe. It is very easy to make. You will enjoy this quick & tasty recipe for your loved one.
As Required For Ganishing Chocolate Syrup for topping
Directions: Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
STEP 1.Boil full cream milk, stir continuously and boil it properly until milk becomes thick,take 1 cup sugar and mix it well, take 1 cup cold milk and add 3tsp vanilla custard powder and mix it well, aad this custard milk in Boiling milk slowly and stir it continuously, mix it well then boil it on low flame for good consistency. Add vanilla essence and mix well, turn off gas, add malai and mix properly for thick cream consistency
STEP 2.Cool it down then pour in a sealed container, seal with foil paper and refrigerat for 2- 3 hours, aad it in mixer jar and grid it, again pour it in sealed container, seal with foil paper and refrigerat for 7-8 hours, serve ice-cream in bowl and garnish with chocolate syrup..enjoy ur home made vanilla ice-cream..
