  • 8 No.s Sliced sword beans
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 4 No.s Dry red chilly
  • 1 No.s Chopped Onion
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves

step 1

  • STEP 1. set a vessel on the stove on medium heat. Add in 8 sliced sword beans, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, a pinch of salt and ½ cup of water and steam for 8-10 minutes on a low flame.

  • STEP 1.in a grinder crush 1 chopped onion and 4 dry red chilies.

step 3

  • STEP 1. heat a pan with 2 tsp cooking oil. Add the crushed mix and saute till it turns brown.

step 4

  • STEP 1.add a few curry leaves and saute till they are tender.

step 5

  • STEP 1.now transfer the cooked beans into the pan.

step 6

  • STEP 1.stir-cook on a medium flame till the beans turn very pale brown.

step 7

  • STEP 1.turn off the flame when beans are properly cooked.
