  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • as needed A Few Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asafoetida.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves and sauté until onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 3.Tear the leftover rotis into small pieces and add them to the pan.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to taste.
  • STEP 5.Mix well and cook for a few minutes until the rotis are heated through.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
