Ingredients for Vada pav Recipe

  • 1/2 As Required patato boiled
  • 1/4 cup Besan
  • 1/2 g 2 to 4 g
  • 3/4 g reen Chilli
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 As Required Oil for frying
  • 1 As Required Few curry leaves

Directions: Vada Pav Recipe

  • STEP 1.First boil potato and mashed
  • STEP 2.Take kadai add oil then add rai crackle add crushed ginger garlic and chilli paste .after that then add potato and dry masala.
  • STEP 3.Mix well and make aloo mixture when cool down then make a vadas in ball size.
  • STEP 4.Keep a side
  • STEP 5.Take another bowl add besan salt ,ajwain, lal mirch powder and make a thick batter .
  • STEP 6.balls coated in besan batter and fry till golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Then next step assembling the vadas in pav
  • STEP 8.Take a pav cut in medium and spread green chilli chutney and add vada in it in press .
  • STEP 9.Serve with fry green chillies
  • STEP 10.#monsoon
