Ingredients for Vada paw #potato Recipe

  • 0.80 Pieces Potato
  • As Required few curry leaves
  • 0.80 g Galic
  • 1/5 tsp I tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/10 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.60 g 3 to 4 g
  • 1/5 cup Besan
  • As Required Lal mirch powder
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required water
  • 0.40 As Required Oil for frying
  • 1/5 packet Paw

Directions: Vada Paw #potato Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all boiled potatoes. Peel and mashed. Also chopped cloves and green chill Take a pan add 2 to 3 tbsp oil add mustard seed and crackle after crackle add few curry leaves for stir 1 minutes. Add the chopped cloves and green , turmeric ,lal mirch powder salt and add boiled potato . Also add some chopped coriander. Mix very well everything and cool down properly. After cool down make small ball. For besan In another bowl take a besan and make medium thick batter and add some dry ingredients salt,hing lal mirch powder and required Water. For Frying Take kadai add oil and heat on properly. After heat oil Take potatoes ball and dip into batter and deep frying in oil until crisp and golden brown. For Assembling Take pav and cut from middle with help of knife and spread green chutney set vada into and add some dry garlic chutney and green chill Serve with hot.
