Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the split black gram in water for a few hours and then grind it into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, asafoetida, and chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then, add the ground black gram paste and cook for a few minutes.
