Ingredients for Uttapam from leftover rice Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup leftover rice
  • 3/4 Tablespoon rice flour
  • 1/2 Pieces reen chilli
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger
  • To Taste Salt
  • 3/4 Tablespoon Rava
  • 1/4 Teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 Tablespoon sweet corn

Directions: Uttapam From Leftover Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grind leftover rice, Jeera, rice flour, Ginger, salt and Rava with two cup of water.
  • STEP 2.Make smooth batter..Spread some oil on tawa Pour ladle of the batter, don't spread it, keep some sweet corn on top flip it after five min. Cook for two minutes serve with chutney or sauce.
