  • As required Ingredients to prepare urulaikilangu Thuvaraikai fry
  • 1.50 nos Urulaikilangu (Boiled potato). - Nos
  • 1/2 kg Thuvaraikai (Pigeon peas). - Half
  • 3.25 nos Small onion chopped. - Nos
  • 1.25 nos Tomato chopper. - Nos
  • 1.75 spoon Oil. -
  • 1.50 tbsp Fennel seeds. - Half
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste. -
  • 2 tbsp Turmeric powder. - Half
  • 3 spoon Chilli powder. -
  • 3 spoon Corriander powder. -
  • 3 nos Dill leaves cleaned. - small bunch

Directions: Urulaikilangu Thuvaraikai Fry 😋 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Place the pan add oil, fennel seeds, chopped small onions, ginger garlic paste and mix well till the onions get good fry them add chopped tomatoes, Pigeon peas, boiled potato, dill leaves and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, corriander powder add little water and mix well and leave for 15 mins to get fry then serve it well with happiness.
