Ingredients for Upma Recipe

  • 1/4 Tsp ginger chilli paste
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 Tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp lemon juice
  • 5 Pieces curry leaves
  • 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 0.13 Tsp asafoetida
  • 0.13 Cup finely chopped onion
  • 0.13 Cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Sooji

Directions: Upma Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first heat the oil in kadai
  • STEP 2.Now add mustard seeds & curry leaves and asafoetida
  • STEP 3.Now add onion & tomatoes and cook it Now add suji and cook it for 5 min on medium flame
  • STEP 4.Now add water and cook it then add all the spices and cook it
  • STEP 5.At last add coriander and serve it
