STEP 1.Heat a pan and add 1/2tsp ghee. Add 10 cashew nuts to it. Roast it until golden brown. Crush it using a mixer.

STEP 1.Take a jar and add the 5 bread slices. Pulse it to powder. Transfer it to a bowl. Keep it aside.
STEP 2.Take a jar and add the 2 bread slices. Pulse it to powder. Transfer it to a Plate.
STEP 3.Peel and chop the banana into small pieces. Add it to the bread crumbs kept in the bowl. Add 2 tbsp sugar and the roasted cashews. Mix well.
STEP 4.Make small balls with the mixture until no mixture is left.
STEP 5.Roll it on the plate with bread crumbs. So that all sides of the balls are covered with bread crumbs.
STEP 6.Heat a kadai and pour some oil. Fry the balls in medium flame.
STEP 7.When it turns to golden colour, take it out from the oil.
STEP 8.Unnimadhuram is ready to be served.
