How to Make Unnimadhuram Recipe
Preparation Directions
STEP 01
Heat a pan and add 1/2tsp ghee. Add 10 cashew nuts to it. Roast it until golden brown. Crush it using a mixer.
Cooking Directions
STEP 01
Take a jar and add the 5 bread slices. Pulse it to powder. Transfer it to a bowl. Keep it aside.
STEP 02
Take a jar and add the 2 bread slices. Pulse it to powder. Transfer it to a Plate.
STEP 03
Peel and chop the banana into small pieces. Add it to the bread crumbs kept in the bowl. Add 2 tbsp sugar and the roasted cashews. Mix well.
STEP 04
Make small balls with the mixture until no mixture is left.
STEP 05
Roll it on the plate with bread crumbs. So that all sides of the balls are covered with bread crumbs.
STEP 06
Heat a kadai and pour some oil. Fry the balls in medium flame.
STEP 07
When it turns to golden colour, take it out from the oil.
STEP 08
Unnimadhuram is ready to be served.
