Unique Egg Devils/Croquettes with Toor Dal-Oats-Potato-Macaroni Recipe

Recipe By Anamika Banerjee
Ahahahahahaha…. This is simply inexplicable…..!!! Why waste time reading out what’s captured in a merely few words…why not go & prepare it to have your real life experience with such a versatile combo in the form of these delectable CROQUETTES…?! This particular recipe is my own unique creation with all the ingredients mixed & matched with its special requirements- These aren’t normally used (Toor Dal, Macaroni & Oats) however, I did a trial on it but it turned out such decadent that next all other times, I’d love doing it this way if all the ingredients are readily available to me then as well… The usual one’s quite an easy one but this one’s a bit delicate to handle with its right proportions of the entire enlisted ingredients used in it correctly to get such an immensely scrumptious snacking idea 🤤😋 #Snacks

  • STEP 6.Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame- Add in the finely chopped onions & sauté until translucent, add in the 3G Paste & continue sautéing until the raw smell goes off & they’re all turned lightly browned
  • STEP 7.Time to add in the mashed masala potatoes mixture now & mix everything well together until nicely combined, sauté for about a couple of mins. time until the entire mixture starts leaving the pan on its own- Turn off the flame & set it aside to allow it to cool down completely before its further use- That’s the outer layer/covering for this unique Egg Devils
  • STEP 8.Coming back to the sliced boiled eggs now- Post the prepared mixture is cooled down completely, make a few roundels out of it & placing one slice of the eggs in one hand coat it with this very mixture, repeat the process on its other side as well until, its completely covered with this mixture-
  • STEP 9.Similarly, apply & coat the same with all other pieces too & set aside until all are done
  • STEP 10.Just before the coating of the boiled eggs, the final mixture post cooling down, somewhat looks like this 👇🏻
  • STEP 11.Now, once all are done with: Roll each one of these egg devil pieces in the whisked egg batter & then, into the dry oats flour mixture or alternatively, you can mix & use both the oats flour & the bread crumbs & set aside-
  • STEP 12.Repeat the same process with all such pieces & set aside for its later use
