  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • as needed A Few Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Coconut
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

  • STEP 1.Clean and wash the onion flowers thoroughly.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves and chopped onions.
  • STEP 3.Sauté the onions until they turn translucent. Then add the cleaned onion flowers and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything together.
  • STEP 5.Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the onion flowers are cooked and tender.
  • STEP 6.Finally, add grated coconut and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot as a side dish with rice or roti.
