  • STEP 1.Start by preparing the graham cracker crust. Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • STEP 2.Next, spread a layer of lemon sherbet over the crust. Smooth it out with a spatula to create an even layer.
  • STEP 3.Place the torte in the freezer for about 30 minutes to allow the lemon sherbet to firm up.
  • STEP 4.Once the lemon sherbet is firm, spread a layer of raspberry sherbet over the top. Again, use a spatula to create an even layer.
