How to Make Turmeric Chicken Recipe

Cut carrots and french beans lengthwise into thick strips. Slice chillies diagonally and chop shallots into wedges. Chop chicken into pieces. Prepare a marinade of tapioca flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, salt, water and sugar.

Now marinate the chicken with the marinade and keep it for 15 minutes. Add enough oil in a pan and heat it. Put the marinated chicken and fry it well. Once the chicken is fried take out the chicken and oil from the pan completely.

Take a pan and water to it, add carrots, french beans and saute it at medium flame. Now add shallots and cook until it turns brown. Then toss the chicken into veggies and mix well. Serve hot with steamed rice.
