Ingredients for Turkish Adana kebabs Recipe

  • 0.38 cups soya mini chunks
  • 1/4 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Pieces Black cardamom
  • 3/4 A Few Cloves
  • 1/4 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 Pieces green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 g Large onions chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  • 0.13 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 0.13 g reen capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Mint and coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tbsp Thick cream
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • 3/4 tbsp Finally Chopped coriander
  • 0.13 cup Dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
  • A Few Icecream sticks
  • 0.13 cup shredded red and yellow capsicum or in julienne
  • 1/4 Pieces onion shredded
  • 1/4 Pieces Carrot shredded
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli flakes
  • to taste Pepper and salt to taste
  • 25 gms Paneer

Directions: Turkish Adana Kebabs Recipe

  • STEP 1.1)Boil 5 cups of water in a pan. Add vinegar and salt. Mix , add soya, mix well.
  • STEP 2.2)Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes. Strain. Leave in a strainer for 5 minutes to drain out water.
  • STEP 3.3) Heat butter and add cardamom and cloves. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli. Wait till fragrant. Add onions and stir till soft. Add red chilli powder.
  • STEP 4.4) Squeeze a handful of soya lightly and add the remaining soya also. Add jeera powder, salt and pepper. Sautรฉ for 3-4 minutes. Add capsicum and sautรฉ for 1 minutes. Remove from fire and cool.
  • STEP 5.5) Grind to a smooth sticky paste , remove in a big mixing bowl.
  • STEP 6.6) To the ground mixture add all above ingredients, mash the mixture with palm till very smooth, check paste.
  • STEP 7.7) Refrigerate the kebabs mix for 30 minutes to chill and become firm.
  • STEP 8.8) For topping, mix coriander leaves, breadcrumbs, cornflour, chaat masala and sesame seeds.
  • STEP 9.9) Take a lemon sized ball of soya nachos mixture and make a roll.
  • STEP 10.๐Ÿ˜Ž pass through an icecream stick and flatten it thinly.
  • STEP 11.10) press on crumbs mixture to coat.
  • STEP 12.11) For salad mix lemon juice, honey, oil, salt, pepper and red chilli flakes to make a dressing. Add all shredded veggies.
  • STEP 13.12) Heat 2 tbsp ghee on a non stick pan and pan fry kebabs on low medium heat.
  • STEP 14.13) place row of salad and place lemon wedges rubbed with red chilli powder. Place kebabs with top ends on salad , put dots of tandoori mayonnaise along with kebabs salad, sprinkle some sesame seeds and red chilli flakes on kebabs and platter.
