Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together the turkey mince, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, herbs, spices, and egg until well combined.
  • STEP 3.Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
