  • 3/4 can Tuna, drained and flaked with a fork note 1
  • 3/4 tablespoon Finely Chopped Celery
  • 1/2 tablespoon Finely chopped red onion note 2
  • 1/2 tablespoon Pickle relish
  • 1/2 tablespoon Finely Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 0.08 cup Mayo use up to 1/2 cup for "creamier" tuna
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • As required Fine sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
  • As required Croissants or bread, lettuce, bread and butter pickles
  • As required Serve in a lettuce wrap alongside fresh veggies such as cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, sliced bell peppers, snap peas, broccoli, etc
