Ingredients for Tumip ( Shalgum ) & peas masala curry Recipe
62.50 gram tumip
1/4 cup Peas
1/4 tbsp Oil
1/2 g Onions grated
3/4 g tomatoes grinded
1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
to taste Salt
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
as required water
Directions: Tumip ( Shalgum ) & Peas Masala Curry Recipe
STEP 1.Peel the outer layer of shalgum ,wash the. & cut tem in thick slices .Add oil in pressure cooker and when it heatsup ,add ginger garlic paste and grated onions .Coom till they become golden brown and add all the ingredients .z
STEP 2.Now add grinded tomatoes & cook till oil spreads from corners .Add tumip & peas Mix well , add 2 cup of water .
STEP 3.Give 3 whistles & switch off the flame .Let it cool down .Serve hot
