  • 1/4 pound Salmon fillet, skin removed and minced
  • 0.08 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon Pepper
  • 0.13 cup Mango, peeled and chopped fresh is best but frozen thawed is okay
  • 0.13 cup Poblano pepper, seeded and chopped about 1 small poblano
  • 0.13 cup Red bell pepper, seeded and chopped about 1/2 of a pepper
  • 1/2 Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 Lime juiced
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
