Ingredients for Triangle paratha Recipe

  • 1 As Required Multigrain flour
  • As Required as per taste
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • as required water
  • As Required Oil or ghee

Directions: Triangle Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add water in dough nd salt and knead semi-soft dough. Cover it an hour. Add a tsp of oil knead the dough again. Make equal parts.
  • STEP 2.Roll the dough ball. Apply oil and dust the dry flour. Fold it in triangle shape.
  • STEP 3.Parathas. Put tava.or pan on medium flame. Place the rolled Paratha on hot tava.
  • STEP 4.Add water in dough nd salt and knead semi-soft dough. Cover it an one hour. Add a tsp of oil knead the dough again. Make equal parts.
  • STEP 5.Roll the dough ball. Apply oil and dust the dry flour. Fold it in triangle shape.
  • STEP 6.Parathas. Put tava/ griddle on medium flame. Place the rolled Paratha on hot tava.
  • STEP 7.Cook until become a golden brown
