  • 16.67 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 27.08 milliliter Milk
  • 0.08 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 15 gram all purpose flour
  • 0.13 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/50 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.42 No.s egg whites
  • 28.33 gram evaporated milk
  • 33.33 gram condensed milk
  • 41.67 milliliter Double Cream
  • 0.08 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tablespoon icing sugar

  • STEP 1.1 take egg yolks and 150 grams granulated sugar in a bowl and whisk them well.

  • STEP 2.2 add milk and vanilla bean paste to it and mix it well.

  • STEP 3.3 in another bowl take some all purpose flour, baking powder and salt.

  • STEP 4.4 mix the ingredients well and combine with the prepared egg mix.

  • STEP 5.5 in another bowl take the egg whites and 50 grams granulated sugar.

  • STEP 6.6 whisk it well to make it nice and fluffy.

  • STEP 7.7 combine it with the batter and spread it on a baking tray.

  • STEP 8.8 bake it for 25-35 minutes at 300 degrees.

  • STEP 9.1 in a bowl take milk, evaporated milk and condensed milk.

  • STEP 10.2 mix them well and pour on top of the baked cake.

  • STEP 11.3 refrigerate it overnight.

  • STEP 12.1 take double cream, vanilla extract and icing sugar in a bowl.

  • STEP 13.2 whisk the ingredients and spread evenly on the top of your cake.

  • STEP 14.3 smoothen it and cut the cake into pieces and your tres leches is ready to be derived.
