  • 1/2 pound Fresh white fish filet i recommend corvina chilean sea bass or halibut
  • 3.75-5 Lime juice from limes
  • 1 Garlic cloves gently crushed to keep them whole
  • 1/2-3/4 Hot peppers sliced in 1/2 lengthwise
  • 2.50 sprig Cilantro
  • 0.13 bunch Cilantro finely chopped
  • 3/4-1 Medium shallots peeled and sliced thinly use 2 paitena onions if you are in ecuador
  • 1/2 tablespoon Light olive oil
  • As required Salt to taste
