  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil and butter in a pan, then add the marinated chicken and cook until it is browned on all sides.
  • STEP 3.Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
  • STEP 4.In the same pan, add onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
