STEP 1.First cut the brinjal into two halves! Keep it aside.
STEP 2.Now in a bowl beat 2 eggs and wishk thoroughly.
STEP 3.Now add milk, cheese and pepper powder. Whisk till frothy and foamy. In the meantime heat oil in a pan. Now dip the eggplant and fry till golden brown.
STEP 4.Add the harissa sauce and fry both sides. Garnish with harissa sauce and tomatoes.
