  • 0.67 g Egg
  • 0.67 tsp Oil
  • 33.33 gms Cheese
  • 1.67 tsp Harissa sauce
  • 0.33 tsp pepper powder
  • 0.33 tsp Salt

Directions: Tortung Talang/ Brinjal Eggplant Egg Fritters#fried Recipe

  • STEP 1.First cut the brinjal into two halves! Keep it aside.
  • STEP 2.Now in a bowl beat 2 eggs and wishk thoroughly.
  • STEP 3.Now add milk, cheese and pepper powder. Whisk till frothy and foamy. In the meantime heat oil in a pan. Now dip the eggplant and fry till golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the harissa sauce and fry both sides. Garnish with harissa sauce and tomatoes.
