  • 4 Guajillo chillies stems, seeds, and veins removed
  • 4 chili de arbol stems, seeds, and veins removed
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 4 cup Water
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cup leftover pork chopped
  • 4 can birotes substitute with bolillos or French bread

  • STEP 1.In a pot add guajillo chilies, chile de arbol,onion,garlic and water

  • STEP 1.Cover and boil. Then turn off the flame and wait for five minutes.

  • STEP 1.Then blend in a blender

  • STEP 1.Roast the tomatoes over a griddle and place under a boiler

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a stock pot

step 6

  • STEP 1.Strain the liquid in the pot

  • STEP 1.Cook for 5mins

  • STEP 1.To assemble the sandwich, using a plate but the bread into half

  • STEP 1.Add pork and place the other half over it

step 10

  • STEP 1.Add the prepared sauce over it

  • STEP 1.Top red pickles onions
